The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Basis of Electricity Market Functioning in Ukraine”

The Law establishes legal, economic and organizational basis of electricity market functioning in Ukraine and governs relations that emerge in the process of its functioning.

The respective bill was established under No. 0916.
